Think of it as a handwritten letter from the campfire after the embers have gone quiet and the road has stopped asking for your attention. It’s where I keep the observations that arrived too late for the essay, the conversations that wandered in unexpected directions, the photographs without a home, and the questions that still don’t have answers.

 

Travel has taught me that the most interesting part of any journey rarely makes it into the itinerary. Writing is much the same, maybe a little less polished, a little bit more raw. There’s always another story hiding just beyond the final paragraph.

 

So consider this a seat by the fire. A place for unfinished thoughts, field notes from the road, and the quieter details that never quite made it into print.
